Church translation pricing, by the hour.

New accounts get 4 hours of translation free (each language you show uses its own hours), with a confirmed email address and no credit card. Put a card on file when you start and the trial has 6 hours; the card is not charged. The free hours are for your first 14 days: what is not used by then ends, and your account stays. You can run a complete service on the free trial before subscribing.

Each caption language uses its own hours. An hour of preaching translated into one language uses one hour; the same hour into three languages uses three hours. Pause stops translation, for example during songs.

On a monthly or yearly plan, a service that is running carries on for 30 more minutes of translation (each caption language uses its own), and those minutes come off your next hours. Without one, translation stops when the hours run out. Either way the console counts down the last 30 minutes, and after you add hours, pressing Resume service in the same browser tab within two hours of the stop carries on the same service. A new service waits until you add hours: change to a bigger plan on the Billing page (the difference for the rest of the month is charged that day, that share of its extra hours is added at once, and the full hours come at renewal), buy extra hours ($6 an hour on a monthly plan, $8 without one), or wait for your plan's hours to renew. Nothing is charged unless you choose it.

Yes. Annual billing saves 11% or more: Church $468/yr ($39 a month), Church Plus $948/yr ($79 a month), Church Max $1,788/yr ($149 a month). To switch, choose Change plan on the Billing page and pick yearly: the yearly price is charged that day and its twelve months of hours are added to the hours you have. Going back from yearly to monthly works the same way; the year already paid is not refunded, and its hours stay on your account while you have a plan.

No. The price you see is what you pay. No onboarding fees, no per-seat add-ons, and no surprise overages: extra hours are only added when you ask for them.

Run a complete Sunday service on the free trial before you pay anything: same engine, same accuracy, no credit card. Names, places and Scripture references are the part live translation most often gets wrong, so test those specifically. If it isn’t right for your church, you never pay, and there is nothing to cancel.

From Manage billing in your account, with no retention scripts and no phone calls. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you already paid for. When that period ends, so do the plan's unused hours and any free hours (from the trial, a referral or a gift). Hours you bought stay, and so does the account, with its history and settings, so you can pick a plan or buy hours again whenever you need them.

Yes, within 30 days of a payment, for the hours of it you have not used, once per church. Email hello@livefy.live and we refund the unused share of what you paid. A refund of a plan payment also ends the plan there and then: its hours and any free hours end, and hours you bought stay. After a refund, no later payment can be refunded. Cancelling on its own is different: it stops the next payment and leaves you on the plan until the period you already paid for runs out.
