Do the tone marks show up correctly?
Yes, on the projector, in the OBS or vMix overlay, on phones and in the downloaded transcript. Vietnamese without its diacritics is ambiguous, so this is not a cosmetic detail.
Does it cope with a preacher who switches between Vietnamese and English mid-sentence?
